We ship all orders by either UPS or USPS; this depends on which method is most cost effective for the customer and is determined by the weight and destination of the item(s) that are being shipped. In addition, UPS and USPS provides each of our customers within the contiguous 48 states and Canada with a tracking number (which will be sent by e-mail as soon as we receive them) that allows our customers to track their packages to their doorstep!
All shipping cost will be shown during checkout. If purchasing multiple items from us, we will send you an invoice with combined shipping charges so that we can save you money. Combined shipping is available on most products; the software will automatically calculate this for you based on the items that you have purchased. It is 25% discount. Depending on availability, most orders are shipped within 2 business days from when we receive your payment.
Please Note: Combined orders can only be delivered to one address!! Keep in mind that UPS Will not deliver to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses and does not deliver on Saturdays! Your order will be shipped standard UPS ground if you do not select a shipping service upgrade!
International buyer's International shipping services are also provided by UPS and USPS; which is the most efficient method in terms of costs for you. Depending on availability, most International orders are shipped within 2 business days from when we receive your payment.

We do not refund but we do provide replacements! Any damages or shortages must be reported within two days from when your package is delivered. You must keep all products in the original packing and shipping boxes; including packing peanuts and any styrofoam supports or a claim cannot be filed on your behalf for damaged items. We provide refunds and substitutions only if the item(s) that you have purchased are no longer available. coolgiftsforhim is not responsible for lost/damaged packages if uninsured.
